What are some symptoms of an anxiety attack?
Question:
Answers:
The most common symptoms are light-headedness, tightness and pain in the chest, difficulty breathing, blurred visions, sweating and shaking, rapid heartbeat, numbness or tingling in the face and extremities, and nausea. I've suffered with panic disorder for over a year now (since my daughter was born), but I've gotten relief with daily medication and therapy. If you think that you are having problems with anxiety, don't delay in calling your doctor. It's a VERY manageable condition...don't suffer any longer than you have to!
Best of luck!
