Why is it that they say that medicine is so good for you but it tastes so bad?

example:
if u eat an orange you will taste it good that is because there is mix of vitamines
but the medecine has a 1 or 2 concentrated vitamines unlike the orange it has many vitamines are balanced to give you the good taste.
