Sleeping Tablets, Does anybody know?
Question:
1.Can you get sleeping tablets which will make you go to sleep afew minutes after taking them. What I'm trying to say is that I know that you can get sleeping tablets which helps you settle when you know that you are ready to go to bed and feel tired but can you get a tablet ehich will make you go to sleep and gives you the same feeling as when you've been active all day and then ready for bed and feel tired and go straight to sleep.
I have heard about travelling on planes etc... that people take tablets for sleeping then but do they make you go staright to sleep.
2.What side effects are there? I think there might diferent effects with diferent tablets.
3. Which tablets do you recommened which will do something like this or similar that I could buy or get on subscription legally in the uk?

I tried all the pills in the PDR for sleep, and none of them worked for me. Then a doctor said: "Try Benedryl"! I said, "but that's for allergies". Turns out, the main side effect to Benedryl is drowsiness, and that's why it's not used much now for allergies (but it's helpful at night if you have them! :D), but it's GREAT for sleep! :D I take one 25mg capsule at bedtime, and repeat it 1 hour later. Works every night! :D I have been using it for many years. No side effects (unless you take it all day for allergies). Works like a charm. Buy the generic brand - I get a bottle of 100 generic at Wal-Mart. You can get them in any pharmacy. No prescription needed. Generic is called Diphenhydramine HCL. It's right beside the Benedryl. :) No prescription, very inexpensive.
