Undiagnosed pain ! :(?

Question:
been having dull dispersed muscle pain in my back. It spread from my neck and shoulder down to my hip and buttocks. It also makes my arm and leg feel very uncomfortable.

The pain is mainly on the left side of the body but i do get it also on the right side

following is a list of test I've run:

MRI of brain, neck, spine, and lower back and they all came back fine.

Blood tests including thyroid hormones and that came back fine also.

Other symptoms include:
-hand tremor
- muscle weakness
-anxiety
-minor headache with dull pain behind the eye on the same side of the pain
-shallow sleep.

Doctors seem that the pain is psychosomatic, Here are some of the medications i tried with no success
painkillers: advil
deanxit (anti stress drug)
muscle relaxants ( norgesic, norflex, and legaflex)
antiinflamatory (xefo)
xanax (0.25 mg 3 times a day)
SSRI ( cymbalta)

am 24, regular swimmer, i love life, been to many doctors who all think am fine

Answers:
Have you asked about fibromyalgia. It is often a terrible pain, from head to toe, that nothing will help. It also causes most of the symptoms that you listed.
Doctors always think it's psychosomatic if they can't figure it out. Have you tried a chiropractor?
I am not a doctor but your symptoms fit some one with Fibromyalgia, ask your Dr if this is possible.
Go to a Physical Therapist or a Chiropractor, I perfer Chiropractors, thwey have really helped me the most.
nerve damage? or a pinched nerve? have they checked for those? normally you would see them in an MRI but rare cases you cant. have you been to a nurologist? if not i suggest you see one to rule of nerve damage.
I have an odd question for you, Do you drink diet pop?

Aspartame can cause all of the symptoms you describe, that's why I ask. If you do, I would suggest you stop drinking any diet soda and see how you feel in about a month, after your system has had a chance to clear itself of the toxins from the artificial sweetener.

Otherwise, could just be a minor inflammation causing a pinching of the nerve.
