Baby Medicine pulled from shelf?


I was looking for a cold medication for my frends son whos 9 months old.i asked the stocking guy and he go over to the drug section, he couldnt find the bottle i be holding.so we went to the pharmacy counter and asked the individuals over there.they told us that the store pulled adjectives cold medicine for children around that age and beneath.he said the docters want people to bring their kids to the hospital instead etc.

so, whats wrong near the medicine? is this stirring all over usa?
