Why do I get stomach aches and headaches all the time?

Question:
I take my daily vitamins and eat right. I exercise everyday. I don't understand. I feel sick all the time.

Answers:
blood sugar level? or actually, my girlfriend used to be like that until she stopped eating wheat and gluton. i dont know where you live but over here on the west coast, gluton free foods is becoming quite the fad and its pretty easy to find wheat-free gluton free foods. it could be that youre slightly alergic to them. try it for a couple weeks.
not enough sleep? or maybe you could be overdoing your body. maybe rest a while.
Try taking a break from your normal routine and go to a place that is environmentally enjoyable for you. Its probably your psychological problem rather than physiological. Also drinking plenty of water may help !!
W-a-t-e-r the body needs it.The Human body is made of 93%
water. So if you are not properly hydrating...well... you are
becoming a shrinking Violet..literally.

So take the time and hydrate once in awhile...Don't worry the
planet is nearly covered with it so there is sure not going to
be a shortage like oil
