What is a good way to get rid of bloating and gas pains?
Question:
Is there any kind of medicine or solution for this problem??
And Could a change of diet help too? Such as eating healthier?
If there is medicine what is it called and where can I buy it?
Thanks for everyones time!

That used to happen to me at school all the time. I think not moving around enough made it worse. Nothing like getting up to sharpen your pencil and being driven down to a crouching fetal position because of gas pain. Gas is truly truly painful. Take some Gas-X or similar product with Simethecone in it. It helps to break the bubbles up and isn't absorbed into your system. It passes through the intestine. NO SODA! No fried food.
Mention it to the doctor, it could be a symptom of something else like diverticulitis for example or anxiety.
Take 2 pills of beano before every meal, helps me all the time
Stop eating white bread should do the trick, thats if you eat white bread
Gas-X or a doctor!
Beano works great for gas.
move around. try walking. swish your hips in a cricle. drink a lot of water. no gassy food like dairy products.
There are several medicines phasyme (spelling?) and gas-x. However, if it only happens when you go to school it could be nerves... are you worried about something?
Also, what are you eating for breakfast? You might be lactose intolerant and that would cause your symptoms.
Best bet, see your family doctor.

Walking can help alleviate some of the gas pain (especially in your chest), but this can be difficult in a controlled environment like school. An over-the-counter medicine that is marketed for gas/bloating is Simethicone (Mylicon, Gas-X, Phazyme) & is available in liquids or chewables. Diet has a major effect on your stomach & its production of gas. Check out this e-article: http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0...
I feel your pain - I get the same thing plus acid reflux(where your food regurgitates up into your throat a little bit) for years.
I would suggest before trying anything anyone else offers as a home remedy, just because I don't know if you have any food or drug allergies, go see your family doctor. He/she may make some dietary suggestions to you and may put you on medication - I had read some medical info on this type of affliction and 3 of the trigger foods are garlic, onions, tomatoes and get this, mint flavored sugarless gum. OK do I KEEP a huge pack of Trident gum in my purse! not cool and the other stuff comprises about 85% of my diet.
So, for starters you may want to try to avoid or at least cut down on the food items I mentioned - this may help a little bit until you can get a doctor's visit.
Fennel Tea is great for getting rid of these symptoms. It also calms the digestive tract. You can buy it from health food shops - I wouldn't be without it now! Drink it after meals.
You could try drinking some probiotic drinks too in order to increase the 'good' bacteria in your gut - this will help digestion.
Domperidone also helps with this problem and you can buy something from the chemists which is called Windeze (I'm in the UK) but this contains something which breaks down the air bubbles in the gut and relieves the pain and bloating.
You could be swallowing air due to nerves. Valerian taken at night might help to calm you down - from chemists and health food shops.
Take a teaspoon of cider vinegar in a little water and that will cure it. . . an anti-acid such as Zantac or cut out the milk and see if it continues if after exploring these avenues and the problem persist see your Dr. you made need more fiber in your diet but you could have a gallbladder problem. Try the least restrictive first
Codi, 1st see your Doctor. At the pharmacy or drug store, there are these over the counter meds. : BEAN-O, Gas-X and Flatulex. Ask the pharmacist, Jimmy.
take a piece of ginger and grind it well. Mix the juice with a little bit of water and pinch of sugar for taste. It will do wonders if taken daily
