Piles are like varicose veins of your back passage.
They occur if the pressure inside the rectum gets too high-usually from constipation..They may stay inside,come down and go back or stay down all the time.
how old are you.?If you are over 25 i suggest that you see your doctor to check that's what it is.
Initially I would try increasing the amount of fibre in your diet so that your motion is very soft so that you do not have to strain.
If that does not work see your doctor.This may work for the milder piles but not for those that stay out
Use witch hazel on them . Also, to prevent them coming back eat a Tablespoon of mustard everyday.
