Do I have restless leg syndrome?
Question:
Answers:
I have restless leg syndrome, and it never felt like that for me, but who knows? Although they have linked RLS to low iron, I have never had low iron. There's clearly a genetic tie, as my father and all of my siblings have it.
I have been symptom-free for five years now since I stopped eating chicken and anything made with chicken broth. It is a sacrifice that is well worth the good night's sleep I get as a result. It is a remedy that my holistic health practitioner recommends for numerous health problems.
If you decide to try the chicken-free route, give it at least a couple of weeks before you pass judgment on the results. It is not an overnight cure. The one time I fell off the chicken wagon, I didn't feel the backlash until the next day, so it would stand to reason that it would take a while to detoxify your body of the chicken.
No restless leg syndrome is where you have to keep moving your legs at night in bed. What you are describing is more like some type of neuropathy. See your doc to find out what it is.
restless leg syndrome doesnt exist,
it like every other disease that makes no sense was developed my the medical community to make money.
it seems like youre not getting goo blood flow, you might try getting more active, like running or walking more during the day.
It sounds like you are not getting enough blood circulation in your legs. Whenever this happens, separate your toes from each other, stretch them, if you can get up and walk for a bit to get the blood circulation going real good. If you have low iron, eat red meat, grilled chicken, lots of orange juice, and eat cereal for breakfast.
Don't know, but it's a probability. Ask your doctor what you should eat to treat the problem, and change your diet to include things that will treat the condition naturally.
