Please help ASAP sleep trouble?
Question:
the first two nights i was here i was fine no problems
now for the last 5 days or so i go to bed at 11 and i cant fall asleep
i lay there till 4 or 5 then i move out to the living room and i fall asleep fast
i gained an hour of travel if that matters
so why cant i sleep

You should observe some rules on 'sleep hygiene':
*Do not read or watch movies right before you go to sleep.
*Do not read or eat on the bed.
*Make a fixed plan for your sleep: when to sleep and when to wake up.
*Do not eat much fatty or spicy food.
*Do not drink alcohol or coffee at night.
*Do not smoke cigarettes.
*Have some exercise during the day.
*Try valerian tea.
*Smile and laugh more
Maybe jetlag? trying using melatonin before sleeping. See if that helps.
