Growing Getting Taller Help?

Question:
Is there any ways to become taller? like specific drinks or food or stretches or something for people in puberty so that if theyre supposed to be 6 feet they can be 6 foot 1 or 2

Answers:
Your height is predetermined by genetics. It can be stunted by improper diet or some illnesses but there is nothing you can do to be taller without medical intervention. A doctor will not intervene unless you will be of greatly less than normal height. Since you are supposed to be 6 feet, you are definitely not someone who would qualify for any medical intervention.

Why worry? If you are male, the average female is 5'4" so you will tower over her. If you are female, you will be taller than most men!

BTW, a male will continue to grow until age 21 while a female reaches full height at 18.
