Blood cleaning medicine?

there's medicine in syria that i dont know the name of, but my mum was telling me about it and i had doubts that it might actually work... A man came back from syria and told my dad that he took medicine for some problems in his blood and after taking the medicine for a while his problem was gone. He said the doctor told him that the medicine gets rid of anything wrong in your blood. Now my relatives want to use it and I'm worried if this is just too good to be true. Wouldn't this medicine be on the market in other countries and if it is why arent doctors recomending it? can anyone tell me if they've heard of this before or if it's fake?

what you say make no sense to me, I am a doctor from rgypt and I know all that is meaningless. blood can't get dirty and nothing can clean it. don't take anything that is not prescribed y a doctor.

I know a guy who almost killed him self because he took a drug that was useful to his friend who had a totally different disease. he took it because the friend told him that the drug made him healthier.

The only thing I've heard of to clean the blood is Niacin, that you can get over the counter by the vitamins. If you take it, you might turn sort of flushed and redish for a day or two.

It may or may not exist, but if it does I can tell you it won't exist in America. Just because of the fact there is no profit in the cure. For example the perfect light bulb (a bulb that would never burn out). It is said to exist but if it were made the light bulb industry would diminish to next to nothing.

Anything that sounds too good to be true is. America has the most advanced medicine in the world. It isn't likely that there is anything in Syria that you can't get right here.
