Stress problems?

I, who admittedly has an anger control problem, like to use the physical. I do yoga, run/walk for hours and hit the heavy bag (boxing). When in DIRE straights, find a batting cage. Put it on 65 miles or higher and hit the balls as if it were the originator of the stress! It is cheap, fun and you can tell the "problem" exactly what to do with itself. Then have some personal time, drink green tea and read a book or go to a garden and self-reflect, and remember that most of the negative energy that is placed upon you by others has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with you. It originates with problems that the individual has with themself and does not believe in self exploration or expression. When you find whatever it is that helps you, you will find it increasingly easier to brush off the nastiness of the irrelevant and focus on what is important, your well being. Regardless of your path, remember that the transference of energy, negative or positive, is ultimately up to you. You can give Them what they want, or give yourself what you need. Hope it helps.
Exercise may help try walking running, swimming, lifting weights, and so on! Try listening to classical music and have more quiet time at home! If these things don't help then cosult your doctor you may have something like Generalized Anxiety Disorder!
drink what ever beverage you like and lay back and relax and stop worring so much.
I also undergo in such a lot of stress... But the best thing to do is stay calm.. I always put in mind that panicking does not help at all--it even worsen the situation or the feeling or both... The best thing to do is stop for a while, think of everything (organize if must) and think of solutions to some problems you are facing.
Don't let your feelings take over you--be calm.
And have time for yourself.. Even in stressfuil hours, go treat yuorself (i.e., go for a walk in the park, surf the net, meet up with friends, etc.)
You must also find time for leisures---the best medicine against stress!
Don't let other people make you think that their problems are your problems.
Try to find the source of most of your stress, then relax & think about it for awhile...ask yourself how could you get this off your back. Can you take a mini vacation? That would be nice. Cut back on your work schedule if thats it. Get more time alone if you got kids. If its a guy thing, dont worry so much, that usually works itself out. Are you a control freak? Let go some...the world will continue without you giving orders. Good luck.
whenever u feel like ur begining 2 get stressed, take a deep breath, and hold it 4 five seconds. then let it out slowly. keep something special in ur pocket, that can give u quick comfort. spray a hankie with ur favorite scent, & breath it in.
