I work 3pm til 1am and I do school work for an hour or so after work. I normally go to bed between 3 and 4:30am.
when im tired.
Any time between 9pm and 1am. I am unemployed. As a student, or when I was employed, I tried to get to bed around 9:30 or 10 each night.
soon after get home from work
1:30 AM(gotta study)
around 12am or 1am. depends really
It's usually late because I even procrastinate when going to sleep, it's really weird.
when i am tired
will I have ahard time going to sleep. so I take my pills about 9pm and sometime I still can't sleep so I watch tv or get on the computer then maybe about one i can go to bed. I have just learn the I have sleepdisorder. I got a machine.So I am working on going to bed early. and I take a sleeping pill to help fall asleep.
Like the answer above me, I also procrastinate when I go to bed. My bedtime is very flexible, the past two days I went to bed at 1 or 2. But three days ago I went to bed at 6:30 in the morning. When school starts I'll need to change that. :)welcomeMUCH.
sometimes not until 3 or 4 in the morning i jjust cant go to sleep both me and my older brother have a hard time going to sleep my brother used to take ambian but then stopped but i just cant fall asleep and i take two benedrylas or however u spell it but they dont make me tired it really sucks!!
Whenever I get sleepy, being I'm not on a regimen. I get SSI and don't work, so i don't have to get up at any certain time. Like now at 7:19 am...went to bed at 11:00pm.
I don't have aa bedtime so I just go to bed when I am tired!
i usually go to bed around 10pm and weekends sometimes midnight.
around 12:30 during the week and maybe 2:00 Friday and Saturday...it really depends on if I'm out partying or just sitting at home but that's the average.
If I have to work the next day I will go to bed around 11pm. But if it is the weekend I will go to bed whenever I am sleepy.
