I need to get rid of zits overnight without running to get special medicine, any help?

I would think that even with the "special" medicine it would be impossible to rid your face of zits over night
heat up a knife with a lighter and burn them off, you might have burns but no zits.
Toothpaste. Put a little dot of it over the zit and sleep on your back. If it's still red the next morning, rub Visine into it every 4 hrs for the redness.
it may sound weird but try toothpaste...(white especially) put the paste right on the zit...and leave it...don't rub in...
