Yes. How you deal with it is realize even though it feels like everyone is against you, that feelings are NOT facts.
Venting to a trusted friend or love one or even praying to get it off your chest, having a good cry, and a pint of my favorite ice cream always helps.
Personally, I turn angry music up real loud, and write in my diary.
But it's whatever makes you happy: music, writing, diary, jogging, painting, etc.
yupp i do lots of times feel that . you just need to realize its not your day and things have to go wrong sometimes but that's what makes life so great. the challenge of having a good day. just sit home relax nd listen to music. or go get a massage.
Just chill and take it all in. Pamper yourself. Do something fun. Take a bubble-bath. Listen to your favorite music. Watch a funny movie. DO anything to make yourself feel 10 times better!
