What if???
what happens if i work out 2 times at day , for 2 hours everyday of the week, (at night and in the morning)

Answers:
if its a cardio work out then you'll lose weight (with the danger of over eating due to gained appetite or...burning out and gaining it all back again in the same amount of time).

if its muscle building or toning, it wont work. mucles need 1 or 2 days to rest and rebuild tears/rips after working out.
Working out that much is not good for you unless you are seriously becoming a body builder. If this is the case, you should go to your local GNC and tell them what you are wanting and they can recommend protein shakes, etc. to keep you healthy.
If you are just doing it to stay fit, most recommended is two hours every other day (morning is the best time to work out). Also make sure you eat right or this will not help, either.
then about 1/4 of your waking hours in a day would be working out and you would have no life
