Has anyone ever had white flashes go on?

when you lay down and close your eyes at bedtime? If so, what causes this?

Answers:
I think its from the blood flowing through your eyelids or somthing.. and the movement of your eye, probably because you may be tired or stressed?

yes, i have had them. It's normal, but i can't remember the word they taught us in psych class for it.
sometime I think it's a light from another room or something, but it's not..I go to sleep soon after that anyway.

I asked a doctor and they said it means youir tired or you overexert yourself
This can be a sign of retinal detachment. It's an eye problem.This could be something else but, this is the most common cause of "visual floaters". Check this web:
