Question:
my hands shake 24/7 and people have said that I probably have low blood sugar or something. and I've asked my doctor but he didn't recommend to test my blood sugar or anything. my father said that his hands shook when he was young too but eventually he grew out of it. they don't shake as bad as they used to, it's gotten better over the years.
Answers:
It could be any number of things.just plain nervousness, early onset of Parkinson's Disease, etc. My advice would be to see a 2nd physician, and ask that he arrange for a "fasting" blood test, just to rule out possible diabetes. The Doc can give you far more reliable advice than you can get from here, even from me. See the Doc.
You could be consuming too much caffeine, like coffee and soda.
