Would Paxil cause somethings like this?

Question: I have a friend of mine that takes Paxil for ocd and anxiety well she hates these pills because she gets these random thoughts that come out of nowhere about doing twisted stuff to children. Is it the pills? She's considering trying another brand. No she wouldn't act on it. She hates it.

It's not the pills, it's the OCD causing these thoughts. She should speak to her Dr about it in case she needs a higher dose or a medication change.

People with OCD may be plagued by persistent, unwelcome thoughts or images.
