I studies Electrostatics, Electromagnetism, Projectile Motion and Vectors yesterday and I am having a headache

Question: What should I do? Is it because I was reading my physics books yesterday without food, entertainment and proper sleep or is it because of something else? But I have to study if I want to top in my college and be known as THE genius. I mean I have to get used to the pressure. But the headache? It's like a hangover... too much studying?
