What does this mean??
Question:
Answers:
It already IS bad. You don't mention meds for your ADD, but it could be a side-effect of the med.
A symptom of ADHD is Impulsivity. This could explain the outbursts, but not the not realizing you are in an outburst part.
Knowing you have a mental disorder, it wouldn't be uncommon for you to have more than one. Maybe one that, until now, has gone un-diagnosed.
I would follow the advice of Answerer 2 and see your doctor as soon as possible.

uh, anger management might help.
You need to talk to a Doctor, start with your regular Dr. and he will tell you what to do next You seem to have an anger management problem, and I think that you should talk to a professional--maybe the school counselor or someone that they can rec commend. I don't think that what you describe is abnormal--I've e had it too, but you really DO need to get this under control.
try to common down and breath and later see a doctor too before something bad could happend..
You have Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. You should go to a Psychiatrist and get a prescription for Prozac, which works wonders for this disorder. It is not ADD. Read this site http://www.ptsdalliance.org/
