language is all the same part of the brain, if you know all the languages then it isn't any different than haering several people talk in the same language.
The hard part might be speaking back in several languages at once!

Your mind is searching for any familiar language. I had that experience.. even tho I don't speak the language, I am familiar with hearing it... It was refreshing to hear it in the cacophany of languages being spoken.

Confusion - just mass confusion.
Seriously though, I think the brain just tries to organize and make sense of all the sounds it understands. Its natural tendency is to create order when it is confronted with a chaos of sound.
I know that's how mine worked before I completely lost it studying Latin!
