I find shelter within myself. This world is so harsh i have managed to create my own little world. Reality isn't reality to me anymore. All of it is just a dream. I do things the average person wouldn't do because after I do it I can just pretend it didn't really happen.

By calling and talking to my grandmother thousands and thousands miles away in an other country, on an other continent. when I feel the entire world sucks, I look for something good, I either do a good deed for someone or I witness something wonderful, a puppy or a kitten, or I hear the most special sound of a baby or young child laughing. Just look for something good and you will feel a bit more positive.

i have a man in my life i've been with for nearly 5 years. when i need shelter he provides it and never once has he complained or used it against me. without him i'd truely be lost It sounds like if you are filled with anger. Take a day at a time and get some rest!
