should a person consider themselves as going crazy, if they had just realized that they were talking out loud?
Question:
Answers:
Not at all. In any case, most of us have two sides of the brain, left and right, that communicate with each other, so why can't I "pretend" to be two people at once? People talk to themselves all the time.Actors and actresses do this when practicing their lines.
This is also a good way to practice speaking in public if you are shy, or to practice saying phrases in a foreign language you're learning.
Now, however, if you keep forgetting what "one" of you says, then you may be in trouble.

It's called solliloquoy (talking to onesself). Practically normal.
Depends. you may have issues if you were actually carrying on a conversation and suddenly realized you're the only one in the room.
I have conversations with 3 or more! Quite intelligent conversations too I might add! You could call it eccentric or creative or crazy but I don't think it's an actual huge problem that needs curing or treatment or anything like that.
