If you go to sleep with heavy matters weighing in on your mind, then they will still be there when you wake. Or if you don't get enough sleep. Maybe your mattress isn't comfortable enough and that strains your body which puts stress on your mind. It could be a number of things, but those are just some ideas. Good luck with the situation!

Same thing happens to me... For one thing, blood sugar is low - try stretching, deep breathing, practice gratitude, put on cheerful music, get a pet . . ..these are just some suggestions....
maybe your problems are not resolved. try to write down what is bothering you. see if it's worthwhile looking at. try going out for a 30 minute walk. pray. try holistic-online.com.
