how do you figure aout if your allergic to painkillers....?
Question:
Answers:
yes, your doctor can prescribe a special blood test to see if you're allergic to codeine or other pain meds. The only other way is to take it. Your body will not react the very first time it's exposed but it very well could the second time. In order to have an allergic reaction to something you have to have been exposed to it once before.
Other Answers:
try taking it then you'll find out after
go take an allergy test. i suggest you don't try to take the pill cuase you may kill yourself. an allergy test gives you a small controlled dose so it won't kill you.
the doctor who is going to prescribe them to you would know or find out for you.
