Are there any natural ways to help strengthen ones memory?

Question:
Are there any natural options to help someone who may be suffering from mild memory loss due to epilepsy seizures? Any certain foods, or vitamins that can help the memory get stronger? Or possibly any mind exercises that will also help with that process?

Answers:
The key nutrient for the brain is Omega-3. To prove that there is a God, Omega-3 is found in two foods: deep sea fish and flax. Salmon, specifically Pacific wild salmon, contains a great deal of Omega-3. You can also buy fish oil pills and get the same result. Our bread contains it (flax). Omega-3 lines the nerve endings, making pulses "jump" easier.

The others are right: standard mind exercises require the brain to send blood around the skull :-). Sudoku, the Jumble, crossword puzzles, board games--all will give the blood flow that could help the condition.
