Do we have a comparative study on Bipolar Disorder and IGBT?

Question: In Bipolar Disorder, Neuro Transistors (Transmitters) tend to change impulse conductivity from normal to abnormal (High or low). In electronics, IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) exhibit similar functionality (extreme low or high conductivity) .
Do we have, any research or comparative study taking this functional aspect of IGBT !

you can't compare the human at a machine. But some machine is made with the imagination of human like by example helicopter and the libelous. But for our sickness or disorder it's impossible because the machine don't have some sickness they just broke and need to repair but for maniacodepressif human need lithium or epival for stabling the neuro system.
