However, remember, condoms are only 98% effective, when used CORRECTLY. So make sure you follow the directions on the package, about what kind of temperatures to store them in, how to use them, etc. And dont use any kind of lube that is going to break down the latex in the condom. Be responsible if your going to be doing this kind of thing at all.

yes as long as you know what you are doing, test the condom for LEAKS AND TEARS before u put it on, make sure it is the right size so it isnt to loose and too tight, make sure the girl has some protection also (girl condoms, pill, diaphram)
