it takes a lot of patience to get over mental problems but it can be done, Have you ever heard the phrase time heals all wounds, well it's not true with mental wounds.

I've had a lot of bad stuff happen to me that are still haunting me today.
I feel like I've lost control over part of my life, like I'm living in a bad dream or something.
I've found that resentment is like taking a poison, and waiting for the other person(s) to die! Because I feel part of me dying as I wait.
Other than that, I always have a reason to talk to God, so can it all be that bad? It sometimes feels that way.
