I keep having dreams about nothing, what does it mean?
Answers:
A dream is the experience of envisioned images, voices, or other sensations during sleep. Dreams often portray events which are impossible or unlikely in reality, and are usually outside the control of the dreamer, (although some people have reported lucid dreaming, realizing or recognizing a reoccurring dream while they are 'in it', and then altering its reality: flying, or other supernatural feats). Many people report experiencing strong emotions while dreaming, and frightening or upsetting dreams are referred to as nightmares. The scientific discipline of dream research is oneirology.
Dreams have a long history both as a subject of conjecture and as a source of inspiration (artistic or otherwise). Throughout history, people have sought meaning in dreams. They have been described physiologically as a response to neural processes during sleep, psychologically as reflections of the unconscious, and spiritually as messages from God or predictions of the future (oneiromancy).

I heard it was the random firing of neurons in the brain, you might get the neurons that, say remembered what went on that day, then suddenly you're on the moon because the neurons that controlled the memory for that just fired... It's pretty fascinating to see what we can come up with in even short amounts of time.
Ever try controlling the direction of a dream? Like make yourself fly? It's extremely hard thing to do, because I think your brain is just basically firing away by itself like a cranial baby Hooey

Dreams are our activities at night of our subconscious mind. They are triggered by daily activities, media effects, actual events and personality.
Most dreams have hidden meaning.
How long did your panic attack disorder last? a year ? a decade ?
The mind captures every small little detail that your eyes see, and it stores it in many parts of your mind. ( For ex. little storage boxes) From stories, articles, t.v. shows, etc. Then, when you fall into a deep sleep. Your mind reacts and randomly exaggerates stories or adventures that entertain you, or leave with a clue, since your conscience is trying to catch your attention. Well that's what I think.
How do you gain self-confidence and/or self-esteem?
Escapism of the soul. The wilder and sillier your dreams the less you should be concerned. Why do you watch silly comedies? Your soul agrees with you. When you dream logical, sequential dreams you want to pay attention. There is a message there.
