Answers:
Many people have physical symptoms with their psychological brothers and sister anxiety and panic. The more the pain the more anxious and uptight you get. The best thing is to intervene early so you don't get so miserable your a cat on a hot tin roof. DE-STRESS, what ever is making you a ball of kinked up re-bar walk away from. The other thing that is beneficial is to exercise, run, ride punch, skip, hop, row row row your boat but get the stress out of your mind and body!

Front part. And yes, it does. The anxiety and panic for me all has to do with food intake and work-related worries, some of which are self-imposed.
I don't have depression, but I have panic and anxiety attacks, and I have bad headaches a lot!
I'm not sure what causes that, or if it's something serious...maybe it's normal. See a doctor, that's what I'm considering.
Mike, this is right up my alley! I suffer from those plus other disorders! I don't get headaches from those things. I only get headaches from not getting enough sleep! Good Luck!!
I have both panic and anxiety disorder and I have had it now for13 years. I do get headaches in the back of my head mainly on the left side I was told that it is caused by the anxiety attacks. But if you are experiencing headaches talk to your Dr. to see if yours is coming from that also. I think it does increase your anxiety because right away you think you might have a tumor or something horrible. I know what you are going through! GOOD LUCK!!
I know I suffer from both and I get frequent headaches. Mostly around my temples and forehead.
I know that headaches are caused from stress. So I would guess they are related.
My mother is a ARNP (advanced registered nurse practitioner and the associate director of a mental health facility) and I just called her and she told me that frequent headaches can and have been related to both.
I hope this helps.
Yes, I have all of those problems. My headaches are usually in the front of my head, right behind my forehead. It hurts alot!
I also have headaches from my neck right at the back of my head.
i do but i think its the xanax wearing off. i have one today but its more of a sinus headache.
i do...my headaches vary from side to side. usually it hurts on the top of my head (near my forehead). then sometimes it hurts in the very back of my head, going down towards my neck. if u have this problem too, don't worry because you are not alone. usually these types of disorders have phsyisical symptoms that go along right with them. if these headaches keep bothering u, tell ur dr about it.
