I experianced the same thing. Yes, it could be stress/anxiety. Go talk to your doctor about getting some meds. Mine was bad, lasted about 5 months. lost 3 pant sizes. Now I am normal again. Good Luck!
Yes stress can do that BUT loss of appetite and weight loss like this could also hide other problems. I think it is time to go and talk to a doctor.
that is definitely stress. i am in the same predictament. the only difference is that i lost 13 lbs. you need to remove what is stressing you out of your thoughts. focus on yourself. make yourself happy again. love yourself and read the bible. trust me it works. dont forget to go shopping for shoes and purses. that also helped me alot. take care of yourself.
yes but didn't throw - up..just lost weight, few weeks later i was back to normal..maybe see a doctor for a complete physical
Stress becomes depression--- some of what you are describing sounds like depression. Stress can also manifest in physical ailments. Ulcers, stomach problems are common for those under emotional stress.

If this is going on for several days though, I'd get offline and see a doctor, like NOW, like in the emergency room. Really, you can't last more than three days without water, and all the vomiting is likely leaving you *dehydrated* as well as mal-nourished.
Besides that.if you are in the hospital, you can be *away* from the sources of your stress for at least 12 hours, during which time you can consult with a doctor and *try* to get more professional help than what us Yahoos can offer.

could just be stress, but losing 12 lbs in a few weeks sounds like something more serious! u might have some kind of stomach problem, especially with the throwing up. i would definitely go to your family doctor, and if he cant help u or figure out what is wrong, i am sure he will send u to someone more specialized, for physical or mental examination. i wouldn't waste anymore time letting this go: it sounds as if your health is at stake.good luck to you.
Those are classic symptoms of stress, go see a doctor, and if you need to, a psychologist.
Or just find some one you can vent on. Having so much stress that these sypmtoms arise is bad, it puts so much un-needed stress on your cardiovascular system in the form of high blood pressure. Its not healty.

For example, when somebody says you are an idiot, we get so hurt, we get so victimised. My boss has called me an idiot and I am feeling tremendous pain. Now where does this stress come from? If my boss has called me an idiot, I have to ask myself "am I an idiot"?
If I am an idiot nothing to be upset about; and if I am not an idiot, then also nothing to be upset about! It is the perception of the boss. But why do we suffer from that stress? I suffer not because my boss has called me an idiot but because of the thought-attack.
I may say the boss has called me an idiot; therefore I am suffering? It is true that the words are unpleasant. But what hurts is the interpretation of the unpleasant word. The thought in me interprets. That is pain and therefore it becomes pain. Much of our stress is our mind interpreting it as pain. So we suffer from thought-attack more than heart attack.
