I know it may sound strange, but some people say that when they exercise first thing in the morning, it gives them energy for the whole day. Also, I would say that you need to take a daily multivitamin that contains iron and go to your doctor to make sure that you're not anemic.

Have you tried the vitamin water, yet? I tend to sleep better, if I eat all three meals, and at a good time, also read or listen to music.

Eat a balanced diet, work out every other or few days, get enough sleep...perhaps take vitamins if your diet doesnt provide for all of the nutrition you need....
I started doing all these things recently and I definitely have a huge increase in energy. I've cut caffene out almost completely and it's been great.

Eat three meals in time and sleep no more no less than eight hours
Try B vitamins. Wal-mart has something called Emergen-C that is cheap. It is a flavored mix of vitamins in a packet like koolaid. You mix it with water. It tastes great & really perks you up.
