Is there a psychological condition behind chronic agitation?

Question:
i get irritated much too often. Many times throughout the day. What can i do about this? [I am really bothered about this. Please help me if you can]

Answers:
Defined: anger= depression turned inside out. Irritated by your definition could be stress related. If so reducing your stress level could be your answer. Taking time out for yourself, by getting away from the source of your agitation, walking is great, if you have a dog its even better, both benefit from the walk. It you are a classic type A personality, (road rage is an example) behavior modification therapy would help. Other wise take breaks more often, read a book, do something you enjoy

You need to find out why you become aggitated. This could be a chemical imbalance. Get help from a good doctor before it gets worse.
You should talk to a doctor. They will help you figure out what is irritating you. It could be something simple or it could be everything (which would probably be depression)
Don't want to diagnose you cause im not a professional but might have bi polar disorder look up the symtoms. i know everyone now adays has bipolar disorder but i have had it for a long time and have family history. bi polar is actually hard to diagnose and takes a while to study the person to see if she or he has it. if your just agitated then maybe just start by talking to a therapist this can be very helpful but being agitated all the time can lead to bad things. like jail. if u go off on the wrong person. i know i went off on a friend thank god and not a stranger. but i think look for a therapist and then see where that takes you.
hope this helps.
