What i belive this could be is either one of 2 things. you could be suffering from anxiety and these are some things that trigger it, and headachs dizzyness are common results of panic attacks have you ever felt like your gonna pass out when you get really into a querrel or over exposure from these things? The only real solution is either find a way to calm yourself in these i know it sounds funny but think of your happy place or something that will focus to calm down, or you can get a low dossage of medication but i highly suggest against that i was on alot of meds in my time and they only have worse side effects then what you experience from the original problem

You have clear signs of anxiety disorder. If your father has the same symptoms, it is a common trait that is genetic and is passed on from one generation to another. You need to ask your school counselor and your family for help in dealing with your condition. The sooner you get help, the sooner you can be free of that terrible torture.
