Go see a psychiatrist. You need more help than what youqa.com can provide.

What's depersonalization?
good luck, it will just get worse.
It sounds like if you know all these terms, you have seen a Therapist already; If so continue seeing him/her and take there advise, if not go see on this is the best solution I can offer, there is NO shame in seeking help from a mental health professional
See this page under depression for tips by MDs about natural healthy things you can do.

Hey.. first, you should go to see a doctor (therapist). Second, try to keep your mind busy all the time. When I said busy I’m not talking about sit down and watching TV all day. Pick one sport, and start practice every day if you can… get tired doing it… that will let you sleep better and feel better
See your doctor for a referal to a psychiatrist. Meds may be of great help, and you will receive the appropriate medical care from someone trained specifically in PSTD. If the psychiatrist is not available to provide ongoing therapy (some don't) I also suggest that you seek out an experienced, certified therapist with PTSD specific training (e.g. EMDR) that you connect with, believe you may be able to trust, is self-assured while fully respecting you. My experience is that therapists are better at relating on a human, non-medical level, and often work with psychiatrists prescribing medication.

Depersonalization and derealization are responses to significant trauma. They can be alleviated and eliminated with therapy and meds. They may not go away if you try to "just get over it" on your own.

Seek out appropriate care and stick with it for the duration. You'll will feel better, and find it one of the most meaningful things you'll ever do for yourself.
i had depression for about two years... but don't panic... was becouse i didn't find the right doctor... the thing is to do things, try to use your mind in things that you like and try not to think about depression or whatever the problem is. go out of your house... thats very very important... try to hang out with friends, go to the movies or whatever that makes you feel better, and when u feel a little better, try to find the reason of what you are that way. the mind is very powerfull and it can do whatever if you don't take control of it. you have to think that you can do whatever you want and that you are strong enoght to do everything you want...
hope this can help you! :)
you can write my if you want... greetings... get well
