it is most obvious when the personalities contradict each other.. double personalized is neither good or bad.. as long as it doesn't affect your daily operations, then i don't see it as a problem.. you might have heard of people talking about people wearing different masks.. double personality runs along those lines too.. only that it becomes an active process rather than a passive.. =)

good or bad?...i think it's a disease....that's for doctors to decide....but hm....i don't think it's easy to recognize such ppl....as a matter ppl that seemed to be VERY normal...u can find out to be as a beast inside....hm.....what is hidden have a look of an angel....maybe only time can show it...
you have to look for little details and sometimes its not easy the way they act for instance, the way they talk thier voice will change thier personality will be different they can go from nice to mean in a split second
