tiredness isn't always a physical state. It can also be a mental or nutritional state

When you sleep alot and still wake up tired then you are stress or your body is laking something like Vitamins. Try Vit B complex

you demand alot for a guy who needs help in answering a question my friend. Tiredness can have both physical and/or mental aspects related to not only the state of mind, but the stress level and overall balance of the mind and boody. In other words, tiredness can be referred to as any deviation from the balanced or in other words "normal" state of being. In this day and age, more of the tiredness comes from the mental aspect since we're dealing with so many things that we have to worry about, manage, and be responsible for. So you could define "Tired" in any different way you can imagine. It just has to make sense to you when you try and justify it by self reflection. I tired of your typing and run on sentences. You sound like a control freak too. Tired is right!
