All B vitamins are good. I would talk to a doctor, though.
Try getting up EARLIER, for some reason this actually gives me more energy throughout the day. You could also try some stay-awake pills.
I was having that problem too. Sleeping 8 hours a night and then taking a 2 hour nap everyday. Try taking a multi vitamin in the moring. I actually had low iron and thats why I was becoming so tired. I found that out because I went to donate blood and my iron was low. So maybe if you get that little extra nutrient you are missing you will be good. (You can even take like a flintstone vitamin) thats what my doctor has me on and Im 18 lol.
Although you may be sleeping at night, there are certain medical conditions that affect the QUALITY of sleep that you are getting. You should speak to your doctor about this, especially if it has been going on for a while.
Sunshine.go see your doc. Get checked out and be sure that everything is aok with you. It could possibly be a low thyroid.depression.sleep apnea.there are a zillion things that could cause your lathargy. Visit the doc.they are the experts.
u may be having a small bout of depression. do u not feel like dng anything? or it cld have something to do with having low iron. that can make u feel very sluggish the whole day.
It is so simple, just go to a gim workout ,you have to come out of this otherwise it will spoil your life, be careful.
I went through 30 years feeling that way. For me. it turned out to be sleep apnea. I too thought I had pleny of "sleep". It could be many reasons. See an MD. It could be something simple that you don't have to suffer with.

Good luck!
You might have sleep apnea or fractured sleep. Diabetes could also cause it. Get checked out. It could be serious.
If you are always tired, have your thyroid checked. It sounds like you might have an under active thyroid. Ask your doctor to check this with a simple blood test. If left unchecked, you will not know if you need to take synthroid to bring your thyroid levels back to normal.
(Getting more sleep will not cure this problem!)
Go through a sleep study to see if you have sleep apnea. People who have sleep apnea stop breathing for 10 to 30 seconds at a time while they are sleeping. these short stops in breathing can happen up to 400 times every night. This causes the person to feel more tired in the morning than the night before bed. I have the condition so I know.
