What you are experiencing is quite probably anxiety disorder...Dont feel bad many people suffer from "panick attacks" and the good news is that this is very real but treatable disorder. it will last for as long as your body and mind needs it too. take it easy on yourself don't stress about who you should or should not be talking too. sometimes you just don't have the words or feel the need to talk, sometimes we all just need to 'be still'. i don't know what you're going through that has made you have a 'nervous breakdown' so that being said if you are finding it difficult to function within the next couple of days you really should seek professional help. we all need down time when times are tough but sometimes we need help in getting back up...hang in there.

Sorry to hear that, A couple of years ago I had a breakdown, I felt numb,tired and didn't really know what to do with myself. I found that painting helped. Even if your not an artist just sit and doodle, be patient with yourself. Try to do at least one positive thing everyday, just like in "What about Bob" . Baby steps...baby steps. lol. see your smiling already. This will pass and life will form another chapter. Let me know how your doing.
