Doctors and counselors say just what you did such as his a teenager he'll grow out of it but i don't think he will. I need help because in my area resources are limited and my love is not enough.

Sometimes a person will not act as an adult unless their relatives let them. You need to let your brother grow up and not interfer. I have a brother that had two drunk motorcycle accidents. I understand where you are coming from.
