I think you should first and formost find something that you enjoy doing the most, basically you should keep yourself busy with something, either you start reading books, playing sport, joining a club, the reason for this is to souroun yourself with people who don't have the same problem as you do. If you surround yourself with people long enough you become like them in a way, so the advantage is that you will do most of the stuff that they do for example if you play sport, it is likely that after a practice session you will go out with them to a club or something or maybe go home to rest or read sports magazines to find out the best way to get in shape, etc. The objective here is not to be alone, but to be around people, but you must be careful that you choose the right people and friends because you don't wanna become a drug addict once you hang around with them don't you? So, keep yourself busy, read books, join a church, a club, join a sports team, do a short course in something, do volunteer work, whatever just as long as you keep yourself busy and you surround yourself with people who don't have the same problem as you do. Remember that you will be tempted to do it again and in the first few weeks or months you will fail and you will watch porn, but remeber this, don't give up, this takes time, Rome wasn't built in a day or a week, it takes a long time to overcome this addiction of yours.
