Not geeting sleep in night, Please Give suggest some medicines/tablets?

Question: Hi, can anyone suggest me some tablets for getting sleep. I m not getting sleep in night when i go to bed . i keep waking , just lying and trying to sleep . It is fronm the last 2 months. Is there any pills that i can take in night and can get nice sleep for 7-8 hrs.

put on a relax/sleep cd you can get them of ebay
