Well, seroquel and zyprexa are anti-psychotic medications and are not used for anxiety. You must have schizophrenia or severe manic episodes with bipolar disorder. If you want to treat depression or anxiety, i suggest Effexor. It treats both depression and anxiety very well. I don't know what you have been diagnosed with but apparently you aren't being treated for anxiety. Tell your doctor you have anxiety and want to try Effexor. Xanax, Valium, and other benzodiaphenes aren't good because they can become addictive and lose effectiveness over time.
