Too much stress?

ahh i hate it when this happens, work, school, social events, and then throw in a relationship problem somewhere and it equals one big mess. can't sleep at night always thinking and worrying about what needs to be done or thinking about why someones acting some way.
Best way to solve all this stress is to take a deep breath and relax. Know that you are nobodies slave and can do what you want when you want to. And talk. Talk about all of your problems and the stuff that needs doing. It is very relaxing to tell someone you trust your problems. And pray. God never puts more on your shoulders then he knows you can handle. And if you feel its too much pray for strength and look at lifes problems and trials as more of God's tests making you a stronger person. Its all about the state of mind that you put yourself into.
You should take a break from something. If thats not an option you should find some time (maybe a half hour before you go to bed) to just relax. You might also want to think about getting therapy so you can find ways to deal with your stress.
