Answers:
Sounds more like an anxiety disorder with traits of depression.

Symptoms of depression include:
-A persistent sad, anxious, or empty mood
-Feelings of hopelessness
-Feelings of guilt, wothlessness, helplessness
-Loss of interest in activities which were once enjoyed
-Decreased energy
Difficulty concentrating, remembering, making decisions
-Insomnia or oversleeping
-ppetite and/ or weight change
-Thoughts of death or suicide
-Restlessness, irritability

Although you have some symptoms of depression, from the symptoms you have listed you do not have enough to be diagnosed with depression. However, maybe you have some of the symptoms that you did not list. Seek medical help if you believe you have depression.

Sounds like depression. Go see a doctor and talk to him/her about it.

When you were depressed you feel you fear some things. You lack confident and show less interest to things and people around you.If that is the case you need to see doctor. It depends really. If you're noticing a loss of appetite, lack of interest in things you normally find fun, sleep problems, more susceptable to irritation (people/tasks annoy you more easily) or other behavioral changes such as increase in aggression, then you might want to consult your GP.

Obviously, these symptoms could be caused by certain drug usage, if you're taking painkillers or somehting similar you might want to mention that to your GP aswell.

It could just be something hormonal if you're in your teens, if that's the case then there's not a lot you can do except ride it out and try to worry less. If you're still concerned then you should speak to someone that you feel comfortable talking about it with.
