I hope that I can help you with information. Early childhood intervention is key to having success with this disorder. There are a number of items that can contribute to the symptoms experienced. Diet is one key item to consider.
Another thing is the DAN (Defeat Autism Now) approach. Be sure if you go to one of these that you check to make sure they are not off the wall! This is a treatment protocol that seems to work.

Faling that, you should seek an early childhood intervention centre.to get treatment underway early.
Another thing that you can do is to get books from Dr. Temple Grandin. She is one of the first with autism to explain what goes on in her mind and that of others who have it. Understanding how this child thinks will help put things into perspective.
