I have been Shot through the head; the police did it. Can I survive the cover up?

Question:
I have been shot through the head by police twice and left for dead. Because of a compounding of sick "rulings" no doctor will dare directly oppose such police practices, such as admit that there is evidence of a pattern of such police practices. I understand that to do so would violate section 555 of the Maine State Criminal Code and the ruling of Emmons -v- Peet (Maine 1997?) as well as the silly finding of the forensics department regarding defining the role of public dollars as solely usable for prosecution and never to supply potentially exculpatory evidence (I was between shootings accused of simple assault and held for over a year without trial, but as the "case against me" was not dismissed with prejudice .). I am connected to US arms manufacturers; those police that fired the pistols are connected to foreign competitors. Is there an agency working in the US today that opposes foreign domination of US security? As public funds are unusable for justice do private funds exist?

Answers:
Hey guy, you gotta get out of the state your in and pursue it from another location. It would be shocking to the average person to realize how often this actually happens. I work in health care, we hate to take these cases because then the police are gonna harass us too. something similar happened in my own family. Good luck to you. :-)
